What we have built here
North Miami Beach work is mostly houses, and more of it is living space than kitchen. The fluted wall above is from a canal-front house on NE 34th Avenue: a full-height media wall in dark vertical profile, with concealed storage below and the television set into the run rather than hung on it.
Elsewhere in the city we have built kitchens and closets in the family houses around Highland Lakes and Presidential Way, apartment work in the buildings on Island Boulevard, and the occasional commercial fit-out — a dental clinic among them.
What these projects usually need
- Millwork, not just cabinets. Media walls, panelling and built-in storage are joinery that has to read as one continuous surface. Profiles are cut on our CNC so the spacing stays identical across a twenty-foot wall.
- Canal-front humidity. Eastern Shores houses sit on the water, and doors stay open. Board and edge selection follow the same rules we use on the oceanfront.
- Houses in use. Much of this is renovation around a family still living there, so we stage the work room by room and keep the dust contained.
- Commercial jobs run differently. Clinics and offices carry their own code requirements and after-hours access. We have done them; tell us early so the schedule reflects it.
What it costs
Expect $30,000 to $70,000 for a kitchen, less for a single media wall or a run of closets. Our full ranges, and what moves the number, are on the pricing page. Every estimate comes off a real cut list, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
