What we have built here
Aventura is the city we have worked in most - more than seventy homes, and in several buildings we have now done multiple units. Kitchens and primary baths in the towers on Island Boulevard and Yacht Club Drive, closets and laundry rooms in Aventura Lakes, full apartment packages at Williams Island.
The condo kitchen above is a typical example: pale oak fronts, a marble waterfall island sized to the apartment rather than to a catalogue, and appliance panels that disappear into the run.
Working in an Aventura tower
Most of this work is on an upper floor, which changes how a job is planned:
- Building paperwork. Certificates of insurance naming the association, approved contractor lists and move-in windows are handled before install day, not on it.
- Service elevator. Reserved in advance, and every cabinet is sized so it fits the car. A panel that cannot ride the elevator is a panel that never gets installed.
- Protecting common areas. Floors, walls and elevator cabs get covered. Associations remember which trades leave a mess.
- Salt air. Ocean-facing units move more moisture through the apartment, which is why we run European boards - EGGER, FINSA, Kronospan - rather than the cheapest substrate available.
What it costs
An Aventura condo kitchen usually lands between $30,000 and $70,000 installed; a walk-in closet is far less. Our full ranges, and what moves the number, are on the pricing page. Every estimate comes off a real cut list, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Do you build custom kitchens in Aventura?
Yes. Aventura is our most frequent service area - over seventy completed projects, mostly condominiums along Island Boulevard, Yacht Club Drive and Country Club Drive, plus houses in Aventura Lakes. Everything is drawn, CNC-cut and assembled in our own Miami shop and installed by our own crew.
How do you handle condo building rules in Aventura?
We handle the association paperwork as part of the job: certificate of insurance naming the building, service elevator reservation, approved move-in windows and protection of common areas. Cabinets are also engineered to fit the service elevator, which on older towers is the real constraint on panel size.
