A bathroom in South Florida is a humidity test. Substrate, edge banding and finish selection matter more here than almost anywhere else, and they are worth specifying deliberately rather than defaulting to whatever is standard.
We build vanities to the actual plumbing rough-in, so drawers clear the trap instead of being replaced by a false front.
