FATTO SU MISURA

FATTO SU MISURA  /  Process

How a project actually runs.

Nine steps from first enquiry to a closed punch list, and what we need from you at each one.

From first measurement to final install

We design, engineer, cut, assemble and install under one roof. There is no importer, no middleman shop and no container from overseas — which is why a remade part takes days rather than months.

  1. Enquiry and scopeYou send plans, elevations, a sketch or an AI render. We talk through what the space needs to do and where the budget should go.
  2. Written estimatePriced from a real cut list against your dimensions. Not a square-foot rule of thumb, and not a number we intend to revise upward later.
  3. Contract and 65% depositReleases the job into engineering and material purchase.
  4. Design and shop drawingsDimensioned elevations of exactly what we will build, for your approval. Interior designers and general contractors receive these as a matter of course.
  5. Field measurementTaken on site once walls are closed and floors are set. This is the measurement we actually cut to.
  6. ProgrammingEvery part is validated against the drawings before it reaches the machine. This is the step that keeps remakes off your schedule.
  7. CNC cutting and assemblyIn our Miami shop. Edge banding, boring, hardware and finishing.
  8. Delivery and installationBy our own crew, coordinated with your contractor, your countertop template and your building’s access rules.
  9. Punch list and completionWe walk the job with you, close the list, and invoice the final 15%.

Working with designers and general contractors

Most of our volume comes through the trade. We quote from your elevations, hold to your construction schedule, produce shop drawings for approval before cutting, coordinate against countertop and appliance templates, and supply insurance certificates for building management. We do not go around you to the client.

Send us the plans. We’ll send back a number.

Drawings, a designer’s elevation, a rough sketch or an AI render — whatever you have is enough to start.
