What we have built here
Sunny Isles work splits in two. In the towers on Collins Avenue it is apartment packages — kitchen, primary bath vanity, wardrobes — delivered floor by floor through a service elevator. West of the water, in Golden Shores, it is houses: full kitchens with islands, laundry rooms and built-in storage, like the oak and white kitchen above.
What an oceanfront job needs
- Humidity and salt. An apartment two hundred feet above the Atlantic moves a lot of moisture. Board selection and edge banding matter more here than anywhere else we work, which is why we run European boards and seal every cut edge.
- Elevator-sized components. Cabinets are engineered to the car, and long counters and tall panels are jointed where the seam will not be seen.
- Association schedules. Many Collins Avenue buildings restrict deliveries to set hours on weekdays. We book the window and stage the truck around it.
- Seasonal residents. A good share of this work happens while the owner is away. We report with photographs and keep the punch list written down.
What it costs

Yes. We handle the certificate of insurance, service elevator reservation and delivery window with building management, and engineer cabinets to fit the service elevator. Work is cut and assembled in our Miami shop, then installed by our own crew.
What materials hold up in an oceanfront apartment?
Moisture is the enemy. We build with European boards - EGGER, FINSA, Kronospan - with sealed edges, and specify finishes that tolerate humidity. Solid wood fronts are possible but move more; we will tell you where that risk is worth taking.
